You’ll provide absolute confidence for the Executive and trustees that every aspect of our finances – including processes and controls – are sound and can be relied upon. We want to continue and strengthen our culture of methodical, regular, transparent reporting, which is a key indicator of our resilience, financial health and security to a range of internal and external audiences.
There are currently four Board meetings per year, with 3 Finance, Operations and Resources (FOR) committee meetings per year in addition. You’ll also join our Executive: chaired by CEO Nick Hudson, the team comprises National Directors for HR and Operations, Education, Estates and Technology, Strategy & Improvement, and Finance.
